Programme and Enrolment Terms
What you agree to when your child joins Al Mishkah Arabic School.

Key points at a glance

Places and approval
Registering requests a place. The office reviews each registration, may ask for a short assessment to find the right class, and confirms the place by email. A place is only held once it has been confirmed.
Fees and payment
- Fees are set per term and shown in your account under Tuition and billing.
- Fees are due at the start of each term, by bank transfer or cash to the office.
- Sibling discounts, where offered, are applied by the office and shown on your bill.
- If fees are a difficulty, speak to the office early so we can agree a plan.
Attendance and punctuality
Lessons run on Saturdays during term time. Please arrive on time, tell the school about absences in advance where possible, and collect your child promptly at the end of the session. Repeated unexplained absence may lead to the place being offered to another child.
Behaviour and the learning partnership
We expect kindness, respect and effort from every pupil, and support from home with homework and practice. Serious or repeated behaviour concerns are discussed with parents first; the school may ask a child to leave if concerns cannot be resolved.
Health, safety and collection
Parents must keep medical, allergy, emergency contact and collection details up to date in the parent portal. Children are released only to a parent or an authorised collector named there. Our Safeguarding Policy explains how we keep children safe.
Changing class or leaving
You can request a class change or withdrawal from your account at any time. Please give at least two weeks notice before the end of a term if your child will not return, so the place can be offered to another family. Fees already paid for a term are not refunded unless the school cancels the class.
Changes to these terms
We review these terms each year. If anything material changes you will be asked to accept the new version in your account, and the version you accepted is kept on your record.
